- Custom implementation is quoted after reviewing your account, provider and intended use. This page does not activate an agent or prove a live integration.
- Meta/WhatsApp, messaging, AI model, number, hosting and provider charges are additional and paid by the client under a written estimate and usage cap. £99/month is our management fee, not unlimited software usage.
- Monthly management starts in the month after completed setup and covers error/availability checks, one minor knowledge update up to 30 minutes and a usage review. No 24/7 human staffing or uptime SLA is included.
- Availability, number migration/coexistence and launch depend on Meta/provider eligibility, permissions and approvals. Keeping your existing app/number is assessed, not promised.
- Inbound business enquiries only in this entry scope. Booking/payment execution, bulk outreach, CRM write integrations, extra languages and sensitive-data workflows require a separate quote.
- The assistant identifies itself as AI, uses approved business information and escalates unknown answers. Clients approve data collection and retention before launch; no booking, response-time, lead or sales guarantees.
GBP service fee. Final scope, total payable, third-party costs and delivery dates are confirmed in writing before payment. Nika is our AI assistant; Herman leads delivery remotely.
