Service scope and commercial terms
These are the published commercial conditions for new quotes. Your written proposal confirms the services, timeline, responsibilities, total payable and any applicable charges before payment. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed terms.

A clear budget before payment
Your quote separates agency fees, your advertising budget and provider costs. The managed-spend limit is a scope limit, not advertising credit. MAX includes the listed agency services within their limits; media and external running costs remain additional.
Example: MAX setup plus six paid monthly cycles is £6,293 in agency fees (£1,499 + 6 × £799), before advertising, providers and any applicable charges. This example does not create a six-month commitment.
Advertising & running costs
Agency service fees only. Google/Meta ad spend, domain and hosting, WhatsApp/API/AI usage, booking subscriptions and payment-processing fees are additional. You approve a written estimate and usage cap before payment; no unlimited usage is promised.
When monthly work starts
Setup is paid once. Growth and MAX monthly delivery starts with the first paid cycle in the month after completed and accepted setup. Launch management is optional. Social production begins with the paid monthly cycle. No subscription or automatic billing is created by this website.
Delivery boundaries
One business, one brand and one location. Client-approved copy, images, footage and permissions are required. One monthly consolidated revision round for social content. A standard booking/menu implementation is subject to feasibility; custom SaaS, ecommerce, mobile apps, filming and advanced integrations are separately quoted.
A clear agreement
We confirm scope, dependencies, timeline and total payable before payment. If an included tool cannot be delivered, we agree a revised scope and price before you commit. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
Pilot credit
The optional five-day pilot remains £139 total: £100 Google Ads media + £39 domain/installation. On a new Launch, Growth or MAX purchase agreed within 30 days after the pilot ends, the £39 service portion is credited once. The £100 media is not credited. The plan setup price is the same after a pilot as for direct purchase.
Monthly terms
New monthly agreements roll month to month with 30 days’ written notice. Support is during agreed UK business hours; no 24/7 human service or uptime SLA. Provider services remain subject to their own terms.
No guaranteed launch date, ad approval, rankings, leads or sales. WhatsApp clicks, conversations and confirmed sales are different measures. GBP service prices; applicable charges, if any, are shown in the written total before payment.
